Refund and exchange policies vary. Some venues and events allow for refunds and exchanges and others have a "no refunds or exchanges" policy.
We will do everything we can to assist you with your refund request. Our policy is to offer a full refund on tickets that are sold through Monumental Events using the MonumentalTix ticketing software when requests are made within 72 hours from the original date and time of ticket purchase with the following exceptions:
- We can't refund tickets for events that are less than 7 days away.
- We can't refund tickets for events which have specifically advertised "no refunds no exchanges."
- We can't refund certain fees (i.e. mailing fees, phone order fees, special handling fees, or retail pickup fees).

*We understand that there are certain unexpected life events which can occur that are out of your control and you may want to request a refund outside of the 72 hour window. We want to do everything we can to help you. Contact us!
If you find that better tickets become available or you are trying to get closer to friends that have tickets to the same event at the same price or higher, give us a call at 800-626-8497 and we will help you with your exchange. You will just have to pay the difference, if any.
*Exchange requests must be made in advance at least one day prior to the start of the event and are available for the same event only. We can't exchange to a lower priced ticket, only the same price or higher.
We will contact you and issue a refund automatically less certain fees (i.e. mailing fees, phone order fees, special handling fees, or retail pickup fees).
We will contact you as quickly as possible with details about a rescheduled event. If you are unable to make it to the rescheduled event, refunds are typically up to the artist, team, venue or promoter, but we will do our best to help you with a refund.
