Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Print-At-Home Ticket
If you lost or damaged your Print-at-Home ticket, you can easily reprint it yourself by logging in to your account using the same email address used when you purchased your tickets. You can also find a link to print your Print-at-Home tickets included with the original confirmation receipt which was emailed to you. If you are concerned that your ticket was stolen and someone else may try and use your ticket to get into the event, please contact customer service or call 800-626-8497 and we will issue you a replacement Print-at-Home ticket with a new QR code so that only you can get in!
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Paper Ticket
If you had a paper ticket mailed to you or you purchased a paper ticket from one of our retail outlets or kiosks and it was lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact customer service or call 800-626-8497 to request a replacement. We will just need your Order ID or the credit card used to verify the order.
Note: MonumentalTix uses thermal printing technology and therefore tickets will turn black when exposed to hot spots (direct sunlight, etc.). Please store your tickets in a cool place!
